This is part of my work for the product area as a UX designer. The innpacta platform has been growing and expanding, becoming today a PasS (platform as a service) that connects users of 3 different roles, with very specific tasks and needs, as a whole, it achieves the ultimate goal of the company: to change the rules of the game in the impact ecosystem so that financing can cause all the positive impact it can in the world.
To achieve this, the path has required us to do (I speak in plural because a lot of it has been teamwork): • Conduct tests, interviews and user research both on the desktop and directly through interviews. • Downloading and conceptualizing through diagrams and different conceptual tools to show the designed solutions and conclusions reached. • Proposal, design and flow diagramming for the design of different services. • Prototyping in medium and high. • Design system update, improvement of UI components to systematize and scale. • Metrics monitoring and constant iteration based on insights and new requirements. • Working hand-in-hand and side-by-side with development to meet product milestones. Using scrum and lean as work environments/methodologies. Below are some screenshots just as a sample of the work done, which are not representative in quantity or specificity, since at innpactia we work in continuous iteration and a real capture of the volume of work would be unmanageable, this cut is only for the purpose of showing the portfolio.
